Just some anatomy practice in the form of a series. Again. (The series thing, I mean.) Other then that, I'm really obsessed with practicing my anatomy skills as of late. I want to be able to draw depth a little better...
I think I did really well with this. Scrap for now, and I'll color it after finals are over.
If you're wondering about the title, it's called Suzuki after the violin teaching method originated in (you guess it) Japan. The woman in the picture is teaching her child how to play the violin, basically...
And yes that is an older woman, not a teen. I'd say she's about 20.
yeah i know. i kinda just settled for how i drew her hand holding the bow. I erased it so many times that I was about to put a whole in the paper. Same with the other hand. This is my third draft after screwing up twice...
OOOH, it's really good! Instead of teaching her child how to play, it looks like she's playing her a lullaby or something.... But your story is cool. I love this!

This looks really cute! I really love it. My only critique is one of her hands. I'm not a strings player or anything, but I don't think people hold bows like that... It'd be a bit hard to draw it correctly, though.

As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.

Sorry to sound so critical (I'm a violinist, so I'm kinda OCD about it XD), but otherwise it's good. Violins are hard to draw.
